Abstract: In the modern society, which emphasizes fast and efficiency, we hope to
establish a convenient and practical information management system for an
elementary school to get rid of the traditional paper which is simply limited to the total score of each subject. Through the system and database to do an effective combination and analysis, teachers and parents can use the mobile devices accompanying with them from the cloud to watch and grasp the child's learning situation, give timely remedial teaching to enhance the effectiveness of teaching, and enhance children's learning interest.
In this paper, the management system not only records the total score of the students, but divide each time of examination into the performance of various learning ability. From the database of information it can analyze students’ true learning ability and identify the strengths and weaknesses of students’ ability, which are compared with the other background information of the students so that teachers can have a better understanding of the external factors that affect the performance of students' learning ability, and achieve happy learning and adaptive development. Each student has the chance to succeed his goal.
