    Abstract: Living is a basic requirement of people, its part for our life. We always are looking for good place which we would like to live comfortable when we are in business trip or for holiday. However, we are frightened by expensive hotel price. In recent years Sharing Economy phenomena to start to be popular gradually, however the populace hired the short-term the lodgings people slept network platform Airbnb will be one of short-term emerging choices. In this research, Airbnb, a network platform for short-term residential in Taiwan, was selected as the object of study, and the success factors of Airbnb operation in Taiwan. Because of the specialized questionnaire way, screens the reason which Airbnb the reason that possibly succeeds, and analyzes various factors by the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) for the proportion, then induces the Airbnb management the successful factor. According to the survey, Airbnb manages the successful proportion heaviest reason, first is consumer ideology, follow by social commerce, the notion of sharing online and online collaboration. Based on “consumer ideology” we advocate that every visitor has a sense of belonging to home and implement this ideal. In addition to the mutual trust between the landlord and the tenant, it can be a strong marketing platform through a large public event. In social commerce, the socialization is an important link in Airbnb, when the information exchanges, other local tribe guest may find has served the boarder to seek the assistance, also can consult with operators from all over the world. In the notion of sharing online, you can let more people know it through the community platform such as Facebook, communication software Line、Wechat or email to share their own rental room, in order to achieve the purpose of marketing.In the network collaboration, it has a strong official customer service team. If you have any problem, the customer service team can immediately solve the problem. In addition to the analysis report by tenant and landlord system, it can reduce the risk, allowing users have more confident to use the Airbnb platform.
