    Title: The Research of Women’s Entrepreneurship on the Key Factors of Successful Entrepreneur

    Abstract: The economic system changed a lot and made many adjustments since the 21st century, the economic model is slowly transferring into economic globalization, causing rapid development in material economy and knowledge based economy, hence, the environment and principle of entrepreneurship changed as well. The majority of entrepreneurs were male in the past, but nowadays female entrepreneurs are starting to rise. According to the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM), there will be 126 million women starting or already operating a business, among which 98 million of them have been operating for more than 3.5 years, creating a lot of value to the economy and the status of entrepreneurship. In comparison, female entrepreneurs face much more obstacles and difficulties than male entrepreneurs; they have to play many different roles among family and the society, therefore, female entrepreneurs possess distinguish characteristics in order to overcome the obstacles and pursue their dreams.
    This research focuses on female entrepreneurs, using analytic hierarchy process to analyze the distinguish characteristics of a female entrepreneur: (1) entrepreneurship, (2) female characteristics, (3) entrepreneurial resources, including financial, human capital and technology resources, (4) the environment of entrepreneurship, including the internal factors of an entrepreneur, and external environment factors, to analyze the key factor of a successful female entrepreneur. This study uses questionnaire survey and target entrepreneurs and managers, the data of this research consist of five different countries in Asia: Vietnam, Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia and Japan. Applying the Expert choice software analysis, could find the results that the entrepreneurship be the highest priority (relative weight of 32.8%), followed by entrepreneurial resources (relative weight of 27.6%), the third is the entrepreneurial environment (relative weight of 23.6%), the lowest weight for the female characteristics (relative weight of 16%). The results of the study that the entrepreneurship is most important, also is the key factor of successful entrepreneur.
    Theoretically, in order to building the framework, this study applying the logical, systematic and extensive collection of literature, provides researcher literature reference. This framework can offer researchers to do reference it in the future. As the result, women entrepreneur can follow this basis of entrepreneurship. Therefore, this study recommended that entrepreneur who will be start their business in Taiwan, Japan, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam, should focus on bring up entrepreneurship and personality traits by himself.
