    Abstract: Kinmen Porcelain Factory was a part of country government respective public enterprise unit. The enterprise appropriation of profit to came over every year country government budget. However the manages pattern mostly by the administrative bureaucrat system operation, lacks by the enterprise manages pattern. Recently, to enable the condition loss and the produce efficiency. Thus, it has re-structured its organization regulations and the objective of “incorporation” in privatization is thus achieved.
    Through the participatory observation and in-depth interview methods of qualitative approach, four aspects are constructed as management strategies, organization structure, corporate culture and leadership style. From these four aspects, tries to use itself characteristic brands or union organization culture to created a brand-new sights.
    Finally, the article will to analysis which one will bring the greatest benefit to the corporation and that will be the best mode privatization for it .
