| Abstract: | In recent years the society enhanced day by day regarding the care animal and maintenance animal rights and interests consciousness, the Legislative also passed the trials “The Animal Protection Method” the partial article revision draft in July 7th, 2016, aggravation maltreatment animal's penal regulations.
