    摘要: Purpose: A comfortable space can generate a favorable quality of life for residents. A complete interior design renovation project must rely on the cooperation of various teams in the shift schedule to reach completion. At present, many people in Taiwan are employed in these related industries, and the health problems of this group have gained attention. The purpose of this study was to help industry professionals understand the relevance of personal health and avoid preventable health problems.
    Methods: Research was conducted using a literature review and existing questionnaires. First, hypotheses were proposed, and then respondents were selected using purposive random sampling. Between November 2016 and March 2017, 150 questionnaires were distributed. In total, 136 completed responses were received, for a response rate of 91%. The following analysis methods were then adopted to analyze the correlation between work stress and perceived health: student t test, one-way anova, correlation coefficient, and linear regression.
    Results: Most of the study participants were men (75%) and aged between 30 and 50 years of age (53.7%). The results of the general linear regression analysis showed that administrative social support was positively correlated with physical health but negatively correlated with personal fatigue. Additionally, coworker social support was positively correlated with mental health but negatively correlated with personal fatigue.
    Conclusion: The purpose of this study attempts to figure out the correlation between the pressure from complex work process and perceiving health. According to analysis it shows that pressure from work is negative correlation with perceiving health. The higher score of working pressure the lower score of perceiving health, it means the subject consider that working under the high pressure environment.
