Abstract: | Along with the frequent exchanges and interactions of the cross-strait labor unions, we found that there are different solutions to two different systems. Moreover, there are many huge gaps between the labor conditions and labor dispute settlement of the two cross-strait labor systems. With the trend of cross-strait relationship development, the active trade-commerce exchange will bring huge effect to the labor issues. Through the cooperation of cross-strait labor union, the rights and dignity of the labors have been protected. However, because of the content design of their visit, their interaction has become a stilted form. Therefore, this research will take the cross-strait exchanges of Taichung Head Labor Union as the object of the research, in order to provide a mutual improved exchange mechanism and promote the mutual improvement of the two cross-strait labor unions. After their exchanges, they expressed their willingness and satisfaction of the future exchange. (1) In the part of visit proficiency, 86% of the visit members affirmed the exchange contents met their expectations. (2) In the part of schedule planning and investigation result, 50% of the members felt so so and thought it would not have changes because of the restrictions of political legislations in Taiwan. 5% of the members were not satisfied with the labor condition, 16% were satisfied with the labor rights, 55% were satisfied with the labor welfare, and 56% were satisfied with the labor education. (3) Through the reactions of the responsible supervisors of the cross-strait exchange events, we found that the exchange has changed from taking the opportunity to travel to a more substantial cultural and educational event. In the future, the exchange and visit should establish a normalized mechanism of the exchange and informative inform, carry out the cooperation in technical skill training and the convalescence of labor models, actively grab the chances, stabilize the prosperity of economic society from place to place, and contribute to the labor union by human effort and intelligence. |
