    摘要: With 24hr service of fire department, firefighter need to keep active for emergency and any other incidents. however, the accumulating pressure definitely take a toll on firefighter who works under such a dangerous and uncertain circumstance. therefore, this research aims for the standby environment which inevitably affect firefighter day and night, looking for more effective way to improve and correct any problem for mental or physical illness.
    As has been noted, this research choose members of three branches in TCCFD USAR, by questionnaire and medical instrument, to find out the connection between standby environment and physical signal. the analyzation conducted on the basis of literature and software shows:
    1.There is no obvious difference between subjective and objective standpoint of judgement. (firefighters and outside experts)
    2.No obvious relation within factors such as standby environment, duration of career, frequency on duty and statistic of autonomic nervous system and Chinese medicine pulse sign.
    3.The older ones tend to have higher systolic blood pressure.
