    Abstract: CuCrO2為透明導電薄膜,具有應用於光電元件之潛力,本研究使用溶膠-凝膠法製備CuCr1-xCaxO2(x=0、0.015、0.035、0.055及0.075)薄膜,在這些的鈣(Ca)摻雜含量中沒有超過CuCrO2材料的固溶度,無其它的二次相生成,摻雜Ca影響到CuCrO2薄膜的透光率,在適當的摻雜含量,可以有效的提高CuCr1-xCaxO2薄膜的透光率,Ca的摻雜並影響到薄膜CuCrO2對於長波長(可見光)短波長(紫外光)之吸收係數特性,所有鈣摻雜CuCrO2薄膜其電阻率均低於未摻雜之CuCrO2薄膜,電阻率由未摻雜的薄膜33.61Ωcm下降至5.35Ωcm,載子濃度可以由3.53×1014cm-3有效提升至4.52×1018cm-3,這些分析證實了Ca+2取代了Cr+3可以有效的提生電洞載子濃度,並可以降低CuCr1-xCaxO2薄膜電阻率。
