The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship among work pressure, family pressure and leisure attitude in Frontline firefighter of the Fire Bureau of Taichung City Government. The research object of this study is the Frontline firefighter of the Fire Bureau of Taichung City Government, who are the research population. Methods Questionnaires were sent to 300 questionnaires by stratified non-random sampling, 286 questionnaires were collected, 269 valid questionnaires were collected.
The results are as follows：
1.Analysis conclusion：
(1)Married, working for more than 155 months and the position is a firefighter of squad leader feel larger work pressure; aged over 31 years old, married, master, working for more than 87 months and there are two children to support of firefighter feel larger family pressure.
(2)The study indicates a significant relationship between work pressure and family pressure in Frontline firefighter; family pressure has a significant negative relationship impact on leisure attitude in Frontline firefighter; work pressure has no significant relationship impact on leisure attitude in Frontline firefighter.
2.Research Advice：
(1)Advice to the Fire Agency and Fire Bureau: We should pay attention to the influence of work pressure and family pressure on leisure attitude; Should establish a special system of firefighter to improve work pressure and family pressure. To arrange a properly leisure group activity, encourage firefighter to bring their family members to participate in this event, then will improve the family pressure. To provide and encourage to establish various leisure club for enhancing leisure motivation of a firefighter; To provide psychological construction and counseling for firefighter.
(2)Advice to the firefighter: Should find and actively face the origin of self-pressure; Try family communication to get the identity of the familial role and working role; To actively encourage family members to participate in and integrate into the activities of personal interest.
