The productivity of tinplate can products have been increased due to the high speed production that modern day machine provide. Despite five-gallon barrel, other cans are produced at a very high speed. For example, the EOE production equipment can produce 1,100 units per minute, and nearly 500,000 units have been produced with 8 working hours. With the traditional ways of examination, there are few that can be discovered compare to the large number of production. This study implements the automatic surveillance system to test the products. The system 100% test ever products and removed the defected one to guarantee the quality of all products, this way, the brand image and the value of the company are increased.
