Abstract:	馬口鐵罐蓋類產品因現今機械高速作業下固然提高了產量，除了五加侖桶以外，其他罐蓋生產速度都極高，以EOE易拉蓋生產設備來說，其生產速度為1,100個/分鐘，一天工時八小時的產量將近50萬個因為生產數量巨大，以傳統人工的生產品質檢驗方式，與實際生產的數量相比的話，其產品所能檢驗的數量是相當少量。本研究實施線上電腦自動監控檢驗產品，百分之百檢驗每一個罐、蓋，確保產品品質，並確保該系統完美結合於原有之生產線上，加入電腦自動監控設備後，對空罐進行百分之百的全檢，將質量不佳的產品剃除，維持產品的良好性、減少不良品的產生，將最好的品質交予客戶手中，提升公司的品牌價值與品質形象。
