    摘要: The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between firefighters' work stress, leisure activities participation and well-being, and the differences in work pressure, leisure activities and well-being among firefighters of different backgrounds. Most people think that firefighters should be relieved of work stress, leisure activities should be no big problem involved; personally, how to work in the complex fire work environment to relieve the pressure and use the spare time Engaging in appropriate leisure activities can help increase happiness is the most important.
    In this study, the firefighters in Taichung City were selected as the research objects, including the teams in the nine brigades, and the questionnaire survey was used to understand the relationship between the work pressure of firefighters, leisure activities and happiness. A total of 305 questionnaires were distributed, and 300 valid questionnaires were collected. The effective questionnaires were 98.4%. Data processing using spss for 22.0 version of the statistical suite of software for data analysis and processing, found that work pressure, leisure activities to participate in a significant difference in happiness, the results are as follows:
    1. There is a significant difference in work pressure among firefighters of different gender and age in the work stress section.
    2. There are significant differences in the participation of firefighters in the participation of recreational activities, the different sexes, the age, the monthly income and the number of children of the family.
    3. In the sense of well-being, different sex, education, seniority, marriage, monthly income, the number of family members of the firefighters have a significant difference in well-being.
    4. Work pressure, leisure activities, and happiness to view the relationship between each other, the results that work pressure, leisure activities to participate in happiness, mutual significant correlation exists.
    5. There are "personal factors", "attraction" and "self-expression", which are effective in predicting changes in well-being and leisure activities. The explanatory effort of joint forecasting happiness is 66% and can be effective. Predict the well-being of firefighters.
