    Abstract: The rapid development of global multiculturalism and the rapid changes in social values are impacting our lifestyle, people pay more and more attention to leisure life issues, and leisure factors into life, showing a different leisure lifestyle. To police, fire and nursing staff, for example, because of its nature of the shift, the work is extremely hard, and at any time to bear the risk of national claims, bear a high degree of work pressure, natural impact on their daily life happiness.

    This study has three purposes:
    1、 TO explore the police, fire and nurses of different demographic variables, the difference between their leisure lifestyle.
    2、 To explore the police, fire and nursing staff of different demographic variables, the happiness of the differences.
    3、 To explore the police, fire and nurses leisure lifestyle and happiness related to the relationship.

    Finally, based on the results of the study, the police, fire and nursing staff to make recommendations, to help the police, fire and nurses to establish appropriate leisure lifestyle, the release of work pressure to effectively enhance the well-being, and its final results to provide relevant units
