    Title: A Study on the Critical Success Factors of Operational Performance in Bags Industry

    Abstract: Bags in the modern life is play a very important role, Taiwan has also
    found a lot of world famous bags brand, won the "bags kingdom"
    reputation, bag industry has been very popular. This paper explores the
    critical success factors that influencing the operation performance of the
    bag industry, validates the practice by theory and makes up for the
    deficiency of the existing empirical research literature, and then develops
    the effective business strategy and improves the business performance to
    establish the sustainable development of the enterprise.
    We uses literature analysis and Delphi techniques, invited two
    scholars and 18 experts to discuss, interviewed by experts and scholars,
    and refer to experts and scholars to provide suggestions, according to
    Michael E. Porter's five force analysis structure summarized as : The
    existing manufacturers of hostile competition, the potential competitors of
    the threat, the bargaining power of suppliers, the bargaining power of the
    purchaser, and the substitute goods or services, and 20 items, and then
    according to the three Delphi Techniques questionnaire survey.
    The results of this study finally summed up the ten items, in order to
    enhance the bag industry, the critical success factors include: the same
    industry and numerous, industry slow growth, standard or no difference
    products, with complete information, Or low, government policy or
    regulation, the monopoly of suppliers, the price and performance is better,
    the buyer is not important customers, customers face alternatives to
    maintenance costs derived from the results of the study to provide the same
    industry for business decision-making reference, and Provide government
    policy to determine economic and trade policy reference.
