    Abstract: With the development of industry and commerce, urbanization and social development, buildings under the clouds, the fire rescue difficulties continue to increase, increase the firefighters task pressure. In addition to the fire, the general disaster, the people often think of the help of firefighters, making the firefighters to bear the task expectations from all directions. In the highly stressful working atmosphere, the firefighters' proper recreation and recreation are necessary to adjust to be able to continue to accept the challenge. Therefore, this study would like to Taichung City firefighters as a research sample to explore its participation in the leisure activities and the relationship between the pressure to provide relevant information and fire brothers.
    In this study, the fire safety personnel in Taichung City were used as the research object, and the content of SPSS 22 statistical software was analyzed by using the leisure participation and work stress scale to verify the research hypothesis. In this study, 263 valid samples were obtained, which were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t test, ANOVA and other statistical methods. The results show that:
    First, the safety of firefighters to participate in the degree of exercise fitness is relatively high.
     Second, the fire officers of the various work pressure are quite to the role of pressure pressure is relatively high.
     Third, the personal background variables of the age, education, service age and marital status in the leisure participation in the cognitive scale has significant differences.
     Fourth, the background of personal background variables, service age and job responsibilities in the work pressure table has a significant difference in the cognitive.
     Fifth, the knowledge of art type of leisure participation in different degrees, there is a significant difference in the perception of work pressure.
     Six, outdoor recreation type of leisure participation in different degrees, there is a significant difference in the perception of work pressure.
     Seven, social association type of leisure participation in different degrees, there is a significant difference in the perception of work pressure.
