Abstract:	The liquid petroleum gas - LPG ( common saying tank gas) and the natural gas are the main gases uses in Taiwan. Most residents use LPG for cooking. However, the LPG is a kind of the flammable high pressure gas. It is quite danger due to the character of flammability and the easy explosion. In recent years, under the proactive management of the National Fire Agency, ministry of the Interior, the governments of the municipalities , cities and counties, the illegal cases of the tank gas of the excess storage, the irregular storage and the overdue tanks caused by the LPG sellers are declining year by year. However, it exactly exists many problems on operation. Like the sellers store the LPG tanks in unused houses, or the sellers park the trucks which is full-loaded the LPG tanks beside the LPG gas companies. Moreover, some sellers makes more profit by privately using the less LPG to fill in the tanks. The problems mentioned above extremely harm the public safety and they are being the blind spots of the public safety. Hence, it is the motive to inspires the researcher to investigate. By surveying both the foreign and local LPG operation safety managements, laws and the agencies to charge , we can understand the procedure and the reference of managing LPG storage , distribution and delivery each country. And it make the questionnaire by organizing ,analyzing and reviewing the information. From the research of the reasons and the changes of entering the LPG market , the carrying out the policy of the LPG operation safety management and the attitude of the execution unit and the LPG sellers, we can find out the predicament which the LPG sellers face under the policy. Further, we propose the conclusion and the suggestion for the reference to the industry of LPG of Nantou county.
