Abstract: | Taiwan coffee market is quite a huge business opportunities, cafes, mushrooming, showing the coffee shop needed coffee talent, the relative increase. Because of the improvement of the quality of life, people do not just meet the basic needs of food and clothing, and then the pursuit of spiritual and material satisfaction, coffee has become the spiritual level of the masterpiece, the current social demand for coffee increased, leading to the rise of coffee chain, relative , The relevant job vacancies in society is increasing, coffee professionals are gradually in the workplace attention, professional level has been tested. So the training of coffee professional skills has become relatively important.
Domestic labor bureaus for the second employment of the people, will strengthen the diversified employment services program and vocational training, grasp the employment market trends and enhance employment media. Employment development has a key influence on the country's future prospects, especially in this fast-changing era, and its creativity is the driving force behind industrial progress. Second job is Taiwan's potential labor resources, so the creation of learning courses is an inevitable choice.
This study is to explore the second degree of employment after the participation of coffee courses, for after-school comments and participate in the effectiveness of coffee courses, for future courses can be done to amend the course. In this study, the theory of planning behavior was used as the research object, and the post-class questionnaire was used to study the students who participated in the coffee course. A total of 422 valid questionnaires were collected to complete the study for respondents, attitudes, subjective norms, behavioral perception controls and behavioral intentions. The results show that:
1、The second degree of employment to participate in the attitude of coffee learning courses have a positive impact on the intention of a significant level of behavior.
2、The participant's participation in the subjective norms of the coffee learning course has a positive effect.
3、Second-hand-employed persons involved in coffee learning courses have a significant level of perceived behavioral control that has a positive impact on behavioral intentions.
Finally, according to the results of the study, for the future of the amendments and recommendations to provide lecturers in the objective reference. |
