摘要: Bike activity is popular in Taiwan, and it is one of the best recreational ways to pursue physical and mental health for people. Because most bike activities are carried on outdoors, the participants without correct environmental attitudes may damage the environment unconsciously when the involvement is going on. The past studies about bike activity and environmental protection are not common, so this research starts to explore the relationship among environmental attitudes, leisure involvement and environmental behavior.
The survey objects of this research questionnaire are the bike participants in Taichung. There are 200 valid questionnaires collected.
The results are as follow: 1. Environmental attitudes have a positive effect on leisure involvement. 2. Environmental attitudes have a positive effect on environmental behavior. 3. Leisure involvement has a positive effect on environmental behavior. 4. Leisure involvement has a partial mediating effect between environmental attitudes and environmental behavior. According to the results of this research, there are some relevant suggestions put forward for later researchers.
