    Title: Study on Badminton Participants' Perception on Service Quality, Satisfaction, and Re-Participation Intention-Take 2017 National Badminton Rating Program as the Example

    Abstract: The purpose of this study is primarily to explore the relevance of sports event’s service quality, satisfaction and re-participation intention of National Badminton Rating Program (NBRP) participants in 2017. The target population of this research was the contestants who attend the National Badminton Rating Program on April in 2017. By convenience sampling, 400 questionnaires were sent out and 367 valid responses were collected back, representing an effective response rate of 91.75%. Data were analyzed and validated by the SPSS12.0 statistical software, and obtained the following conclusions:
    1. The NBRP participants’ perception on event’s service quality could result a significant influence on the perception on event’s satisfaction.
    2. The NBRP participants’ perception on event’s service quality could result a significant influence on the re-participation intention.
    3. The NBRP participants’ perception on event’s satisfaction could result a significant influence on the re-participation intention.
    Based on the reserch results, this study came up with the following suggestions for the future researchers: The target population of future research could be the participants who live in the north, central and south. Furthermore, the researchers could survey their perception on the sports events and compare the difference between the participants. Besides, the qualitative research and the liner structure relation (LISREL) are also suitable methods to establish more representative research data.
