    Abstract: Tourism is a combination of leisure industry, activities, services and other diversified products. Tourism is essentially a service industry, which focus on activity, process and performance, and its product includes transportation, accommodation, catering, shops, entertainment and other elements. Shopping is also an important part during a trip. As the tourism industry covers a wide range, it has become an prior part of country development for many countries nowadays. For national policy, the development of tourism industry also has considerations in economic, cultural, political or diplomatic aspects.
    This study probes into the link and influence among the professional capacity, the quality of service, and the satisfaction. The research method adopted is the questionnaire survey to the Malaysian Regiment, and the SPSS is used to doing statistics and analysis. In this study, 334 questionnaires were sent out, 316 valid copies were received, thus the success rate of the study is 95%. This study is based on three major programs:"Counselors' Professional Competence", "Service Quality" and "Member Satisfaction". The results of the statistical analysis shows that counselors' professional ability and service quality do affect the satisfaction.
    At last, base on the study results, the researchers proposes some helpful suggestions for Expatriate Youth Taiwan Study Tour organizers.
