Abstract: This research is exploring a case of Antique Assam Tea Farm service design based on “Tourists’ Perspective”. In order to establish the service design of the farm, we investigated how tourists felt the concept of the farm plus the experience and the interaction between the tourists and the farm. Diversified methods such as “Document Analysis”, “Participant Observation” and “In-depth Interviewing” were adopted to collect and analyze data. By case analysis method, there were three points indicated as follow: (1)Though connecting service idea and the framework of service design, tour service made consumers reflect on themselves and utilize resource. (2)Planning of green tour service design would need to be put in practice step by step. (3)Because of the difficulty of traditional enterprise transformation, applying green tour service design could create social value and promote enterprise image.
