    Abstract: 本研究以「遊客觀點」探討日月老茶廠的導覽服務,瞭解遊客所感受的內涵和體驗、日月老茶廠與遊客之間的互動,建構日月老茶廠的服務設計模式。本研究以參與觀察法、深度訪談及文獻分析之多元方式蒐集資料來進行資料收集。透過個案分析本研究發現:(1)由服務概念連結服務設計架構,透過消費者從導覽服務中獲得的收穫去做省思並妥善運用資源,以達事半功倍之效。(2)綠色導覽服務設計規劃模式需逐一實施並規畫執行。(3)傳統產業轉型不易,為提升企業形象,可採用綠色導覽服務設計來創造社會價值。
