Abstract:	Creative tourism is a trend of travel from sightseeing. Getting the local living experience is the most common concern of traveler. A purely “see” thing, is unable to win the good graces of depth travelers. For this reason, a depth tourism field should be integrated from the resources of the region, to explore the local characteristics, in order to avoid the rapid formation of commercial tourism sites due to sudden planning. Therefore, a good travel should jump off the presentation of the appearance, to talk about the pattern living in a local environment, and master the depth of local culture and management development. If only concern about the connection of the base, route, and surface theme, so not only cannot see the richness of the land but also being unable to understand the characteristics of agriculture and dining table. Hence, this study looks through the food travel in order to retrieve the local memory. Yunlin has the potential of tourism value, how energy is seen based on how to build a perfect leisure system through the regional characteristics of tourism field, with the bicycle management cases of other countries, combining the characteristics of local culture, local tourist spots, to build the local downshifting travel of tourism in Yunlin County.
