摘要: Healthcare industry is a very highly knowledge demanding area. There were more than 1.21 million of new papers produced annually from 2012 to 2016 in the PubMed searching engine. The recent policies of promoting higher patient throughput in hospitals have led to near full capacity on many wards, leading to increasingly staff shortage situations, which challenge to continuously provide safe, quality care to acute and critically ill patients. Medical informatics in terms of big data, World Wide Web portal, cloud, 3D images and mobile were analyzed in this study. The role of mobile medical information system (MMIS) and mobile nursing application (mNurse app) have been discussed and determined its significant effects on job retention in the mNurse apps by means of regression statistic method and decision tree algorithm of Artificial Intelligent. This study proposed a newly designed Resource allocation modeling (iRAM) on health industry and implemented on the MMIS and the victims of Frozen Shoulder or Adhesive capsulitis (AC). Convergent criteria were achieved in the third generation of MMIS and second generation of AC.
