    摘要: All levels of society have appealed to the business community to base its core values on building safety and health as its foundation, mainly because of the high direct and indirect costs involved and the wide impact that industrial accidents bring. This study positions [the co-relationship between organizational work safety, major elements of management, individual awareness and attitude. Has a reinforcement effect greatly impacted on work safety protection?] as the main issue. Documentary sorting out, questionnaire survey and quantitative analysis have been used to proceed in the study of Taiwan power distribution engineering personnel as the research object.
    Aiming at the head of safety leadership, organizational safety climate and personal safety awareness, safe attitude and work safety psychological protection main elements (concept) co-relationship between these elements and the influence of work safety protection. This study proposes 1. the work safety psychological protection system for employees is a complete and closed system 2. The contents of the work safety training shall be integrated into the standard operating procedures (SOP) of field practice 3. The different nature of the work must be separately used for the preparation of teaching materials and training; each training period shall not be too long 4. The organization shall establish a reliable work safety environment system to facilitate technology transmission, construction of work safety environment and awareness of the managerial implications of the specific recommendations.
