“New Hometown” Community Building Project has been implemented in 2002 by Executive Yuan, Republic of China which combined specific Hakka tradition, special geography and local industry for community inhabitants to construct their ideal hometown. San Ban Ciao Leisure Farm has transformed a woodcarving studio into a Leisure Farm that focused on Hakka culture. Therefore, has integrated Hakka culture- associated characteristics and experience activities, such as Hakka Blue shirts DIY, Chinese opera masks painting and Hakka Tung Blossom Festival into traditional woodcraft. Kano two-dimensional quality model and questionnaire surveys were conducted to investigate the service quality elements, and understood the consumers’ needs for all quality elements. The results showed that among 22 quality elements, there were 3 attractive quality elements, 8 one-dimensional quality elements, 3 must-be quality elements, 7 indifferent quality elements, and 1 reverse quality element. The results suggestions were proposed to related enterprises for reference to improve and elevate service quality.
