    摘要: This study uses the 98 University Volleyball League Teams, in November 2009 ~ January 2010 release, a total of 345 questionnaires, 263 copies of the actual recovery of the remaining 260 valid questionnaires. University volleyball players of goal orientation and perceived leadership behavior between. The findings were as follows:
    I. University volleyball players goal orientation to the overall average score of 3.92, indicating volleyball players in this study are: high work / high ego orientation.
    Ⅱ. University volleyball players perceived coach’s leadership behavior to the overall average score of 3.66, in order to "training and instruction behavior" on the deepest level of coach leadership behavior; "social support behavior," followed.
    Ⅲ. "Gender" athletes "goal orientation" in no significant difference; different "age" athletes "target oriented - self-oriented" dimension in significant differences; different "global age" athletes "goal orientation" in the no significant difference.
    Ⅳ. "Gender" athletes "leadership behavior" showed significant differences in the "training and instruction behavior," "social support behavior" and "reward and appreciation of behavior" dimension, female athletes than male athletes; different "age" in the highest degree of identity to 19-21 years of age. "Democratic behavior" and "social support behavior" dimension in significant differences; different "global age" in to ball players aged 6-10 years for "acts of authority" dimension were significantly different.
