    Abstract: This aim of the study was to explore the entrepreneurship process of Giraffe English School. The study used the method of depth interview to collect data from the entrepreneur of Giraffe English School. The results revealed that Giraffe English School was originated from the entrepreneur’s career choice of abandoning his legal career and the insight of the market opportunity. Even though coming across difficulties from the beginning, the entrepreneur uses wisdom to solve the problems. In the very early, the entrepreneur adopted the sharing strategy for recruiting franchisee. That strategy not only increased profit, but also opened the marketing access for selling text books quickly. Then the company overcame the financial crisis. During the time of brand building, the company continues developing and advancing professional teaching materials. Recently, the company commits to bring morality into education to fully promote the quality of education, as well as to improve the children's intellectual and moral development.
