    Abstract: This research is to explore the main factors and potential hazard
    factors of disastrous accidents in Company A by using the scenario
    analysis model and the domino theory to understand the characteristics of
    the disasters and the barriers of lowering the numbers of disasters. The
    results are as follows: 1. Reasons for falling are different in different sites,
    such as stone entrance, conveyor belt or mixing machine outlet. Different
    protective devices can be used to avoid accidents. 2. When starting the
    working process, the supervisors should continue to supervise on-site to
    avoid the unsafe behaviors. 3. If an accident occurs, a set of complete
    emergency measures should be provided to assist the operations run
    smoothly. Looking forward to working with the enterprise management
    system to form a consensus on formulating the principles of occupational
    disaster prevention strategy to prevent occupational disasters, to improve
    working efficiency and competitiveness.
