Owing to the effect of financial crisis and the increasing oil price year by year, people begin enhancing the awareness of environment. Therefore, people start replacing cars with affordable and eco-friendly bicycles as transportation. Thus, the safety of riding a bike is considerably important. Through analyzing the yield rate of bicycle component parts---Quick Release with knowledge management, the research reduces the defective rate of bicycle and the process for factory of individual company. Besides, it provides the result of analysis as a reference of making standard for components and factory planning.
