    Abstract: he purpose of this study is to explore the following aspects: (1) to understand parents 'views on learning English language; (2) to understand parents' attitudes towards children learning of the English language; to investigate the attitude of parents to Changhua kindergartens; The questionnaire is divided into three parts: The first part of the "Personal Basic Information for Parents" Part II "Parents 'views on learning English language" Part III "Parents' perception of early childhood learning English language use Research methods uses a Quantitative research approach The results of the analysis and the conclusions of this study are as follows:

    (A) parents to learn their views of the United States
    1. Parents generally agreed to allow their children aged 2 to 6-years-old in school to learn English, with the importance of identity learning in learning the language.
    2. Parents generally believe that the study of English language with a modern pace, learning English can teach their children about other cultures and can increase the access to external information.
    3. Parents generally agree that in the utilitarian values easy to upgrade the strong English language, people can speak the English language easy to find a good job, speak English language people can get relatively high salaries , the English is an important tool for the entrance examination.

    (B) to understand the parents of young children to learn English language view
    1. 65.8% of parents believe that children learn English language can reduce the pressure caused by the future study of English language.
    2. More than half of all parents agree that early childhood learning of English language can increase the child's tolerance and respect for other ethnic groups, and increase children's acceptance of foreign cultures.
    3. More than half of parents believe that children learn English language is the future of children to study and enhance the international competitiveness of the important ability.
    4. More than half of parents believe that the sooner the child learns English language, the better
