    Abstract: After revolutionized on internet exploring, it had been rapidly grown in Taiwan. Within our living environment, increasingly diversified learning style of teaching, and changed in family structure, family education has been gradually declined; relationship between parents and children become more complex. Parents put more attentions on communication between teachers and students and acquire relevant requests, as preschool teachers encounter more difficulties to govern the class management. In contrast, the influence between parents and teachers is also getting more and more interaction. Parents are over-concerned about their children and even interfere to the teaching, which causes an enormous effects to traditional concepts of always been revere to the instructor.
    Time is changing day after day. Social media or community website has been common to use as educational tools by preschool teacher. Using through those tools of Teacher-Parent communication, teachers can provide instant conditions of students’ learning progress and their teaching resources to the parents. This will help parents to sustain a better understanding about their children's learning situation and also help to realize what is the better way to educate their children by established an optimal Teacher-Parent relationship.
    To obtain a positive education, teachers should be more effectively use the tools of those social media and community site to stimulate the Teacher-Parent communication to the students. Involving with a diversified tutoring, communication shouldn’t be restrictedly confined with interviews in person, family liaison books or even telephone call only. Instead, it should enable to let the parents to know promptly the learning conditions of their children in the spare time, and be more efficient to monitor their activities in school at any time, and at anywhere.
