    摘要: In the history of human evolution, human always response and solve the problem. The key factors of success or failure of enterprises is speed of problem-solving and the cost. Six sigma improvement approach is the management approach for solve the problem effectively. It integrates the cost and statistics analysis to solve every type problems. And get the highest improvement. Besides, the better service quality is inevitable trend of the times also the enterprise objective. The enterprise should prioritize the customer satisfaction. Promote the service quality to satisfy the customer needs by six sigma improvement approach. And acquire the consumer confidence and performance. This study applies six sigma to improves power supply quality and improve efficiency. And find out the key factor of power supply delay. Build the Improvement System then improve the service quality of Taiwan Power Company. The result of this study is that the most serious problem of electrical service schedule delay is the second work station in Taiwan Power Company. The application users aren’t clear about the electricity application process is the key factors. And they caused the electrical service overall schedule delay.
