摘要:	The appliance of air conditioning takes a crucial part of daily living. Owing to the demand of high living quality, the air conditioner becomes one of the most necessary electrical appliances for each family. The quality of air conditioning will direct and indirect promotes livelihood, medical, and high precision and advanced technology industries. Suffering from the financial crisis, air conditioning markets and profit began to shrink. At first, the study has interview with the highly professional management for the preliminary measure of the air conditioning. Applying questionnaire survey to conduct the critical success factor. The main emphases of this research are: enterprises have to enhancing competence and consummating the management strategies by ethnology management capabilities and professional and technical capacity. The business expectations to the general refrigeration and air conditioning engineering installation and energy-saving central air conditioning control system in future operation. The choke points of business are lack of integrated energy system planning ability, vicious competition meager profits, and the domestic market slump. The business needs to strengthen the technical capacity of the industry are energy planning capacity air conditioning system, refrigerated system design capacity, energy-saving central air conditioning control system construction, and the integration capacity.
