    Abstract: The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship among organizational climate, teachers 'job satisfaction and teachers' job involvement in Tainan City Public Primary School. The subjects of this study are female teachers, who are the official teachers of public primary schools, Methods Questionnaires were sent to 300 questionnaires by conception sampling, 292 questionnaires were collected, 274 valid questionnaires were collected. Data collected through the questionnaires was analyzed by percentage statistics,t-test, and one-way ANOVA to provide evidence in support of the hypothesis.
    The results are as follows:
    1.Analysis conclusion:
    (1)Male, teacher and director of the primary school teachers in the school atmosphere and teachers feel better job satisfaction; School teachers with the largest number of classes (61 to 90 classes) felt the worst in terms of organizational climate and job satisfaction. In the sense of job satisfaction on the normal university or university education is better than the general university additional education education teachers; Teachers and directors of primary and secondary school teachers work better.
    (2) The organizational climate of Tainan primary schools has a significant positive impact on teachers' job satisfaction; The organizational climate of primary schools in Tainan City has a significant positive impact on teachers' job involvement. The job satisfaction of primary school teachers in Tainan City has a significant positive impact on teachers' job involvement. Teachers' job satisfaction is mediated by the school organizational climate and job involvement fruit.
    2. Research Advice:
    (1)Advice to the principal: We should pay attention to the influence of school atmosphere on teachers' job satisfaction and job involvement; Should establish a good communication channels and humane atmosphere of the organization to enhance teachers' job satisfaction; To encourage teachers to participate in administrative work, the appropriate allocation of administrative duties; Should help teachers to reduce the work pressure, in order to improve teachers' job satisfaction; Should be more care and assistance to female teachers; Linking the partnership between universities and primary schools to deepen the knowledge and potential curriculum value of education.
    (2)Suggestions for teachers: Should be more involved in professional communities, promote interpersonal relationships; And actively participate in various types of social activities and growth groups; Through the participation of school affairs, to shorten the cognitive gap caused by different positions; To enhance their professionalism, the education as a lifelong Chi industry.
