    Title: The study of the relationships among Tainan City public preschool teachers’opinions on teaching effectiveness ,teaching plan requirements and factors of considerations in field trips.

    Abstract: This study explores the effect of public school preschool teachers in Tainan City opinions on teaching effiectiveness, teaching plan requirements and factors of consideration. A total of 305 teachers in public preschool in Tainan City were surveyed and 273 valid questionnaires were collected. The data were analyzed by statistical methods such as project analysis, reliability and validity analysis, t test, one-way ANOVA, chi-square test, correlation and regression analysis. The results were analyzed as follows:
    First, the status of off-campus teaching: the number of the implementation of each semester to 1 times up to; approach to the park-wide up to the main mode of transport to rent the most car; location decision-making based on teacher groups to discuss the most; Activities to 201-500 yuan to the most; the main nature of the activities to explore the majority experience; the main teaching methods to teachers led by students in person teaching for the most.
    Second, the subjects were background variables and status analysis: the number of kindergarten classes due to the number of different and different; approach will be due to kindergarten where the region, the number of different classes and different modes of transport due to kindergarten where the number of classes The cost of the activities will vary according to whether the kindergartens are located in the region, the number of classes and whether the teacher is the administrative work; (3) the number of kindergartens, the number of classes, the number of classes, The main teaching methods will be different because of the number of kindergarten classes and teachers' different service years.
    Third, the background variables and current situation of the subjects and the analysis of the study variables: There are significant differences in the factors of teachers' extra-service teaching; Activity costs for teachers opinions on teaching effiectivenes are significantly different. There are significant differences in the factors of consideration.
    Fourthly, there were significant positive effects on external school teaching effectiveness and teaching plan requirements and factors; the demand and consideration of field trips planning had significant positive effects.
    Fifth, based on the conclusions of the study put forward the recommendations for teachers, schools, educational administration and future research reference.
