    Abstract: School class scheduling for teachers is an important task. Arranging contents
    involved in the teaching part include teachers, students, hardware facilities, available
    hours, part-time teachers, etc. with quite a lot of restrictions, and these conditions are
    involved each other. In order to deal with arranging business, teaching-management
    group need to manage and arrange teachers with completely different professional
    background, class location and time. Therefore, it is needed to establish a teacher class
    arranging database system, so the system can improve the efficiency of the teachers
    arranging business and immediately grasp human distribution of teachers in order to
    increase the efficiency of school administration. In addition, the database can be stored
    and updated; when the data is accumulated over time to a certain amount, it will be an
    important resource for school curricula deployment. This study based on the class
    arrangements for the national primary school curriculum teaching group designs a
    teacher arranging management; the system is also based on the teachers' professional
    background, teachers' willingness class period, class locations and other conditions to
    arrange an appropriate curriculum time, so teaching groups can be more efficient and
    immediate grasp of schools teaching dynamic. The curricula data over the years can
    also be used to analyze the teachers' backgrounds, teaching characteristics and other
    related information to improve information application and flexibility for future lesson
    service arrangements.
