Abstract: This study proposes a regular training management system to students with physical or mental disabilities. The system architecture mainly change periodical paper or telephone communication between parents and teachers to understand each student's performance status; in the past it only often approximately sees each student's overall performance situation, but it is difficult to get immediate feedback; at the same time as some parents may have either no way or no willingness to participate in the discussion of the child's individual education program, the nature of special education becomes a mere formality, thus wasting educational resources. Thus, the system builds in each semester regular training data of students with disabilities in the computer, and Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 is applied to establish a special training for students with disabilities; Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 software is used for interface development tools, and. further, data are capture to the cloud so that parents can understand their child's performance, many circumstances and feedback through Internet by computers, mobile phones, etc..
The results can through multi-faceted approach understand students with disabilities in regular training peripatetic classes, and found that most students with disabilities in their class or at home have such a performance, and the relationship is very close. And these are often the content of the class teacher, parents and special education teacher in question, but day after day, the guide is not easy. It is hoped that this study not only can be useful to improve exchanges among pro-special education teachers, but also look forward to providing students of disabilities with regular identification resettlement and meaningful information to clarify truly special needs of the students with disabilities.
