    Abstract: In recent years, due to low birth rate, the parents not only love children, but also pay more attention to the children’s performance. In the past, student achievement in school are most recorded on paper by teachers. Weekly or monthly, weekly or monthly quiz scores are listed and affixed to the contact books fort parents to sign. For teachers, students can be understood based on one time score, due to lack of integrity, so teachers cannot do analysis and comparison; for parents, these scores only show the high and low points, without systematic integrity, so parents cannot compare the children's academic performance to completely understand. In order to give meaning to these numerous achievements, and allow teachers to effectively manage students’ grades, it requires understand the relationship between family background and academic performance of students; teachers understand the students' learning as references, so they can make remedial teaching to learning disadvantaged Students. This study will build a database of student achievement, combined with the cloud technology, to develop a performance management system for teachers to use in an elementary school, which is based on inquiries by examination subjects, examination categories, name ... etc , and comparing different aspects of statistics and analysis. Teachers can use this system to understand, encourage, or do remedial teaching to students' learning situations; by any Internet carriers, parents can immediately browse the Internet more quickly to grasp the children learning in school. Because this system is integrated and allows students to immediately browse student achievement, so it can shorten the distance of communication between parents and teachers, and enable students to achieve better learning outcomes.
