    摘要: The purpose of this thesis is primarily to explore the characteristics of self-service, the relevance of customer value and their willingness of continuing using by applying the website platform Badminton Note. The target population of this research was the disabled who attend the Rating Program held by t the website platform Badminton Note in 2015. Data were collected through surveys and the study sample comprised 400 respondents. After the eliminations, our sample consists of 368 with good responding rate (92%). This research analyzed and tested by SPSS22.0 statistical software, and obtained the following conclusions:
    First, there is a significant impact influence on the customer ease of perception and the customer value on the website platform Badminton Note.
    Second, there is a significant impact influence on the customer perceived usefulness and the customer value on the website platform Badminton Note.
    Third, there is a significant impact influence on the customer cost down and the customer value on the website platform Badminton Note.
    Fourth, there is a significant impact influence on the customer value and on the website platform Badminton Note.
    Fifth, there is a significant impact influence on the customer’s ease of perception and value on the website platform Badminton Note.
    Finally, it recommended that a comprehensive discussion according to the results, and the future research direction for Project executor.
