Abstract: | Knowledge innovates swiftly and accumulates constantly. How to utilize and manage knowledge efficiently to create the most value is very important. Teachers play the roles of knowledge transfer, accumulation, and innovation. Therefore, in knowledge sharing, teachers’ individual profession and ability can be managed efficiently and be shared with colleagues. A questionnaire survey was conducted on the Elementary school teachers teaching in 104 academic year in Sanyi Township, Miaoli County to investigate the effects among teachers’ knowledge sharing willingness, behaviors, and factors affecting knowledge sharing willingness. A total of 104 valid questionnaires were retrieved, and the data were analyzed with reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, T- test, one- way ANOVA, and correlation analysis. The findings were as followed:
1.There was no significant difference between knowledge sharing willingness in different backgrounds among the Elementary school teachers in Sanyi Township. 2.Among teachers with different ages in Sanyi Township, with regard to knowledge sharing behaviors, the verbal aspect that teachers were under 30 years old was higher than those who were 40-49 years old, and had a significant difference. 3.In verbal aspect and physical movement of knowledge sharing behaviors among single or married Elementary school teachers in Sanyi Township, single teachers’ knowledge sharing behaviors were obviously higher than married ones. 4.The correlation between knowledge sharing willingness and knowledge sharing behaviors was positive. 5.The correlation between factors affecting knowledge sharing willingness and knowledge sharing willingness was positive. |
