    Abstract: This research study for Kindergarten Parents, Aims to explore the degree of willingness to carry out the kindergarten parents through parents and teachers to interact with Facebook. Expected by Technology Acceptance Model of external variables ( computer self-efficacy and social impact ) and perceived usefulness , perceived ease of use and the relationship between the intention to use. And to explore the information privacy concerns about perceived usefulness , perceived ease of use and intended use if interference scenarios.
    In this study, literature review and analysis of questionnaire survey research. And the preparation of " Kindergarten parents were parents and teachers to interact through Facebook 's intention to use the questionnaire ". In this study, the questionnaire after recovery. In SPSS19 and AMOS20 for data analysis and processing. Statistical methods used to include descriptive statistics, factor analysis , reliability and validity analysis and structural equation modeling .
    The major findings are as follows:
    1.Computer self-efficacy has a positive effect on the perceived ease of use .
    2.Social impact have a positive effect on both perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use.
    3. Perceived ease of use affects perceived usefulness positively and both perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use affects behavioral intention positively as well.
    4.Information privacy concerns interfere with a positive relationship between perceived usefulness and intention to use.
