Based on the interviews, my conclusion and recommendations are as follow:
1. Funding will be the utmost influence on the practice of Long-Term Care Services Act. Sustanable provision of funding may substantially enforce the Act.
2. In the Act, establishment standard in facilities and professional personnel trainings are the prime sources of better quality. Yet affordability of facilities should also be taken into account so the Act can cover the most in need.
3. Long-Term Care Services Act focuses on the management of long-term care facilities, which does not correspond to the current situation.
