    Abstract: Fierce competition in today's rapidly changing economic environment, the company must establish a sound corporate governance mechanism, in order to strengthen its competitiveness; General manager of corporate governance in the primary leader of the company's response to the business environment of the test must be the general manager of professionalism in order to develop a clear proper management decisions.
    In this study, samples of mainland China from 2003 to 2015 the study was mainly responsible for the job title of chief person, CEO, president, director, manager, general manager are included in the sample which, As a research object of this paper, and the use of ROA, ROE items of financial indicators of the Company's business performance evaluation.
    Benpian empirical results show significant positive impact of the general manager and the longer the term of the higher professional level of corporate performance (ROA, ROE) was. The general manager turnover, Part-time Situation its of having a significant negative impact on company performance.
