    Abstract: With economic growth, enhance the national income and changes in family structure, associated eating population increases, so flourishing and competitive Taiwanese food and beverage market. How to improve the quality of catering services, interactive relations between customers and service personnel, as well as during a meal created by the restaurant dining atmosphere, the restaurant will affect whether customer service generates confidence and satisfaction, thus to generate customer loyalty restaurant these are the development trend.
      In this study, Taichung area of catering customers, employees and directors as the main object of study, the findings indicate that the service climate, service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior and customer loyalty Hsien Chou of no significant impact, but restaurant service rendered to the performance customer is more important.
