This study aims to investigate the opinions, acceptability and effectiveness of LINE APP as applied for communications between teacher and parents in kindergarten. The study was conducted with questionnaire by collection of 60 respondents from preschool in Shalu and Dadu districts of Taichung city. The results were obtained by the analyses of statistical T-test and one-way ANOVA based on SPSS software, with the conclusions being given as follows: Experience-sharing from both sides can promote the efficacy of teacher-parent connection in the LINE APP group beyond the limitation of space-time.
