摘要:	The elderly, is this generation of human flourishing in the world, faced with aging swept , most people are concerned about the degradation of sick elderly people how to take care needs long-term care issues . Due to medical advances , technological advancement , growing mind , the mind active , modern man early retirement , dream, attention to health , the needs of economic self-sufficiency , with the past, old people's retirement seclusion , low-key life , dependent children are not the same model . Active aging is a modern important retirement issues , this study, healthy elderly people as objects , explore the post-modern man retired , like living environment , dynamic life, learning issues , economic security , spiritual growth , ideas and arrangements for self-realization . From the silver-haired investment of resources , strategic use of resources , and other key resources for activities to explore the activation of the silver-haired human resource strategy to find the economic value of the energy produced . The elderly in retirement in the ground along with the mind , physical fitness, health , the value of live music a sense of accomplishment . In this study, Tainan, Taiwan and Japan Aichi Community acuminata grass century hotel case study to facets of strategic resources , analyzing core competencies, strategic asset , critical processes , the silver-haired figure out how to make active aging in the community development model . The role of the community , there is an important factor in the humanities , geography, tourism, economy , customs, industry , etc.People and the environment is very important to combine to form a community consensus . 2. The degree of involvement of elderly education , will directly affect the health of the elderly , rest , thinking , physical fitness, attitude,Aesthetics, ethics , the contribution all aspects of thinking, inspire personal growth point . 3. The use of government funds or resources available , the transformation of the hardware environment , improve the ambience , combined with the surrounding tourism or geographic characteristics can develop a second life income economies of scale , achieve security for the elderly with the old medical care , old friend of the school , an old friend of the music , old environment for integration with a final .
