The purpose of this reserch was refereances the leadership of cedet command of AAROC to be the object of study, which we set up 25 person as experimental gruop and 25 person in the comparison gruop to do the same test ,in oder to discuess about if we add courses of sport training program into PT, will it brings a bunch of differences of effect on physical fitness training to the leadership in the military.
The experimental group will take the courses of sport training program during the PT , and in the other hand, the comparison group will not taking any courses when the are doing PT; and we will processing data by using several ways like Paired Samples “t test”and the Independent Samples “t test”to discuss the purpose of this research.
The result of this experiment by processing the 5 physical fitness training score data of the “t test” Paired Samples is as follow; the leadership on the experimental group has much improve on score of muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, cardiorespiratory endurance(p<.05).The exam result of independent sample “t test” is as follow; the experimental group presents much more better score on muscle endurance than comparison group.
And this research references the score of IPAQ questionnaire of the entertainment,sports and leisure activities part(which turns per second into per week)to be the target of sport physical finteness training. The conclusion of this research is positive that the courses of sport training program will improve the PT teaching courses to enhance the physical fitness trining for leadership in the military.
