    Abstract: The main subject of this study is to explore the relationship between sports participation, emotional intelligence and Job Satisfaction. This study take "survey research" as the method, main research object is the Dadu District, Taichung city,s teacher. Total Questionnaires are 270, and valid Questionnaires are 253. The resulting data were analyzed to obtain the following conclusions:
    1. Different service units, gender, age, marital status, educational status, length of service, position, etc. Personal background variables no significant differences on teachers’sports participation.
    2. Institute of Teacher Education of the above in overall emotional intelligence and self-motivation, performance management and other aspects of human relationships than normal teacher education system and of the significant differences; different service units, gender, age, marital status, years of service and other personal background variables impact teachers no difference in the overall performance of emotional intelligence.
    3. Elementary school teachers in the overall job satisfaction and satisfaction with school resources higher than junior high school teacher. Director of part-time teacher of teacher job satisfaction is higher than full-time teachers, homeroom teacher,the part-time chief ' satisfaction. Sex, age, marital status no significant differences in status, years of service of teachers education in the overall job satisfaction.
    4. Teachers’sport participation have the low level of significant positive relation with overall emotional intelligence. Teachers’sport participation have the low level of significant positive relation with overall job satisfaction. Teachers’overall emotional intelligence have the low level of significant positive relation with overall job satisfaction.
    5. Teachers’sport participation and overall emotional intelligence can predict job satisfaction of teachers. Adjusted R-squared coefficient is.31
